I know I need art right now. More than I ever have in my whole life. I need art to cut through the noise. …I need it to paint new worlds that help me understand this one.

Thank you, Cheryl. You are a real soul sister and even though we are far away we connect through our blogs and our images. It has meant the world to me over the years. You help me to see angels…
Thank you, Lisa. That second one has grown on me over time. Now I quite like it.
Thank you so much, Diane!
It helps me feel connected to others who I know share my values and to the goodness that is all around…
One of the abstracts was Carol — towards the end, mainly green and gold, it was taken in a cell of all things…
Beautiful slideshow, Sherry.
I especially love the second one.
So peaceful.
what a lovely array of artful images — splendid every one.
I so agree with you on this…When I’m busy on a project, I’m in love with what I’m doing…and what a perfect quote for now…
In the 5th photo…the water, I see an Angel…she’s also perfect for the season…
Enjoy your Art Sherry…it’s always so beautiful…xoxo
Me too – it is always escape and solace….
Were these taken at Kim’s workshop in Niagra?
I agree, Sherry. In the midst of the chaos, disappointment, and soul pain I feel, it is a comfort to find and capture bits of beauty with my camera. It may not change the world, but it changes me, and brings a bit of hope back into my heart.
So many of us are in this boat right now, Pat. Making and immersing ourselves in art does help.
Thanks for this post. I am finding that I need to write for the same reason. And I need to photograph the world for the same reason.
