Well, the flu got me and I’ve been spending the last few days here.
What have I discovered?
When you don’t have a lot of different things to look at, it’s amazing what you see. My head is pounding and my throat is raw, but I can still enjoy the light, the patterns, the textures, the shapes all around me…
Hope you’re well wherever you are and enjoying your view.
Sending you “healing thoughts and prayers”. It’s good though that you are able to find something positive even when you are feeling down and out. Hugs from me to you.
Sorry to hear that you are under the weather, Sherry. So many people are sick right now. Your positive attitude will ensure a fairly quick recovery.
I really enjoy the photo.
Hugs,
Catherine
You’ll be better after this ordeal, so rest and take your time in this battle with the microbial world.
I hope you will be better soon. In the meantime, continue to enjoy the shapes and colours and lighting from your bed. I enjoyed the reflection in your mirror!
So sorry to hear you got the bug, take care and I know you will be back to good health in a couple
of days. Your positive attitude will help for sure. Love, Mum
so sorry the flu bug got you. I just did this last night in bed with the camera on my ipad and I agree it is funny what you see that you haven’t seen before. Feel better.
A huge thank you to all of you! Your kind thoughts and well wishes are just what the doctor ordered to help me conquer this flu bug and get me back to my old self sooner rather than later. Big virtual hugs to everybody.
Sherry, please get much better soon. Your positive attitude is so refreshing. Not many people can maintain that type of optimism with the flu. Also, I see you haven’t started your winter journey. It’s great that you’re getting this over with before the winter boat trip. Wishing you well!
Get better soon sweetie! I’ve got a touch of something too, but I refuse to call it the flu … Trying to take a few slow days too. I’ll race you to get better, OK? 🙂
I too am sorry to hear you are not feeling well! BOO!!!! This time of year is terrible for this sort of thing. I had to smile to hear you are still finding patterns when you are sick….Get better.
Blessings, Laurie
Get well soon, Sherry! So like you to still find things to appreciate from your sick bed, but I hope you’ll soon be back on your feet.
Snap Sherry I’m reading your post in bed recovering from a bout of something .. Hope you feel better soon….
Oh, Sherry, so sorry to hear you are sick! I hope you are feeling recovered very soon. In the meantime, it’s great to see that you are finding opportunities for beautiful images even from your sickbed!
